Treat Fibromyalgia with Tai Chi

A recent study of 100 individuals diagnosed with fibromyalgia found that those who were put into a group to perform regular Tai Chi twice a week for 90 minutes over a period of 3 months had a significant improvement in pain relief and mobility. They also found improvements in overall balance and quality of sleep.
