As Head Physiotherapist, Paula truly enjoys working with her clientele and is committed to helping her clients achieve their health goals.
Paula has participated in many post-graduate courses in the field of physiotherapy and wellness, enhancing specialized hands-on skills needed to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms related to musculoskeletal injuries.

Nicole Lalor

Nicole has been a practicing massage therapist for 9 years with a diverse range of knowledge in treating different ailments of the human body. She greatly enjoys her chosen field and looks forward to meeting and treating people of all ages.
Nicole keeps as current as she can with the changing information and trends in the massage therapy field.
